Details of The Registration Fees
1. Regular Registration fee for IDST 2026 is 475 EUR / 3800 CNY per paper.
Early Bird Discount: 425 EUR / paper (4 pages) 3400 CNY / paper (4 pages) (Before June 30, 2026)
2. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
3. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
7. This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 RMB to 12.5 EUR，Please select the payment method and currency that best suits your actual situation.
Refunds Policy
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
For the Submission Fee
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
For the Participation fee (Without Submission)
* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund
* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "Force Majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
